ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship all items via UPS with the exception of post office box addresses. Please, let us know if you have any special circumstances that should be noted. Unless we are out of town, the item is not currently in stock, or is a preorder, we will typically attempt to get packages shipped out the same or next day.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once a package has been received by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for packages not received. Ovalwerks assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
